I am a horror movie junkie... seen hundreds of them...among the best are: The Changeling (late 1970's ghost story), The Haunting,Halloween (the original and the second one), the first Haunting of Hell House, the first Amityville Horror,The Shining, Carrie, and many more... my favorites are the ghost stories... though I admit Final Destination made me nervous about getting on an airplane and the first time I saw the Sixth Sense was a thrill...I also like dramas - the severe ones - like Requim For A Dream, American Beauty,Momento, and Girl, Interrupted.Plus, I'll watch anything with Johnny Depp in it and I don't mind drooling over Angelina Jolie, either!
T.V. sucks, causes A.D.D. in kids and is ruining all of us... but I still watch it. I'm a hypocrite.I remain loyal to ER, like Will & Grace, Mad TV, Intervention, laugh (but still watch) American's Next Top Model (I call it America's Next Top Noodle) and laugh (but still watch)American Idol (which I call American Poodle)... andI bought all the seasons of Friends on DVD. The old Simpons were great, South Park is wonderful, so isThe Daily Show... and most things on Animal Planet are interesting and can make me cry (like the animal rescue shows).
I go in phases of reading and then not reading... don't know why...but among my favorite books are Way Of The Peaceful Warrior, Sleeping With Cats,Normal Girl, Darkness Visible, LifeSize,Nobody Nowhere, Living Wicca,Prozac Nation and Now, More, Again...
