TIMO (born Timothy James Lee in Van Nuys, California a third generation Korean-American) began performing in large crowds at the age of 6 at school plays, concerts, talent shows, and the church choir. At the time he already had a celebrity in the family; his grandfather, director, producer, and stand up comedian: Kim Kyung Tae, who was known as "The Godfather of Korean Comedy." During his middle school years he became a b-boy and picked up moves from the east coast. He was first given the name Timo by some family friends. At the age of 15 his father and mother, who was at the time teaching at a University in China, hooked him up with the University performing Arts Director. He began performing in front of thousands in the city of Zhengzhou and Xinzheng. His performances caught the eyes of other performance directors and he began performing at huge festivals, other schools, dance parties, and SARS fighting concerts. He became an instant hit in the the province of Henan. There were other in-town stars rising such as Sky Sun and Rich Park. With the three having the same dream and passion, they formed a crew (T.S.P.) and held a live concert in winter of 03. After so much live performing experience, TIMO returned to his home in California and decided to get serious with his music career. There he also continued his high school and earned the nickname "AZN POP STAR" from peers. He hooked up with Producer/CEO Sean Kim of Mad Tasty Productions who has worked for many famous artists such as Blaque, The Backstreet Boys, Aaron Carter, Nsync, Se7en, Kim Johan, Kim Tae Woo, Wheesung, and Hoony Hoon....and created a demo. Afterwards, Timo attended UCR and studied music and Film. There he continues to create music. As of early 2009, He became a professional hip-hop dancer of Envy Dance Company.
