About Me

Complicated, yet virtually simple ......I am genuine to a fault, fucking funny, silly with wit, sometimes dreadfully overly "detail oriented", a serious planner, rarely a sinner, Rock n Roll junkie ,I read manuals to products, I rarely leave my camera at home (known as the 'historian'), a vegetarian for 20 years (but I don't hate that you eat meat...just don't try to coax me into it....not gonna happen), CHEESE lovin whore (weak in the knees...love it...)and a NON-gym hiker. So, if I whine, just pour me a glass of wine. I will shut up & smile. *****Little side note... Don't just randomly send me an "add friend request" (unless ofcourse I know you personally). Come on people, put a little effort into it...write something too! (or I probably will just ignore it)

My Interests

Saturday nights watching a great old flick at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Great people watching, beautiful friends, great bottle of wine....what more could a girl want?

I'd like to meet:

Music:

Rocker girl....24/7. Nothing is better than a live concert...Being that my daddy took me to see my first when I was 12 (THE WHO), life never would be the same. The next month, he took me to see Van Halen. (1980 Invasion, Women & Children First tour). Oh boy...that was it. Hook, Line and Sinker...I became a rocker. My heart holds an unmistakable fondness for old rock'n'roll, 80's heavy metal and glamrock. Love & a Rock shout out to my sweet pal Taime.

Movies:

Super Bad, Rent, Crash, Shrek, Napoleon Dynamite, Almost Famous, Billy Elliot, Hustle&Flow. Never forgetting the flamboyant and amazing 'Hedwig and the Angry Inch'. ~

Television:

Big Brother 8, Flight of the Conchords, Rock of Love, The Rock Life, LA Ink, Grey's Anatomy, The Office, Entourage, Surreal Life, Scrubs, Lost, Nip/Tuck, Metal Mania, .......plus my filty addiction to American Idol/Dancing With The Stars.

Books:

Some ditties that rocked... 'A Long Way Down' by Nick Hornby 'The Book of Joe' by Jonathan Tropper, 'The Lake of Dead Languages' by Carol Goodman , Cold Blood' by Truman Capote , 'The Widow of the South' by Robert Hicks, 'The Namesake' by Jhumpa Lahiri, 'The Kite Runner' by Khaled Hosseini, 'Running With Scissors' by Augusten Burroughs, and followed by his other book 'DRY'.... I sound like a book junkie, but if I wasn't disciplined to a bookclub I loved joining four years ago, I would only be reading Potterybarn catalogs. Oh oh oh, and my beloved coffee table book: HOLLYWOOD ROCKS!, The ultimate guide to L.A.'s 80's rock scene.

Heroes:

The inventor of Coffeemate Hazelnut Liquid Creamer.(They are God to me !!!)Oh, and Metal Skool
