Father/ Daughter Team:Carly's been playing for 3 years in her school program and an early morning fiddle club that has influenced her playing tremendously.
I'm her proud Guitar playing father who happens to love playing bluegrass, folk and country tunes.
Carrie Rodriguez, terrific fiddle player and singer, mentioned the Mark O'Conner fiddle camp to me one evening in a NYC bar. She said it would change our lives.
Well, we made it there and it certainly did. What a wonderful experience, spending a week with some of the most talented and interesting people on the planet. They were all so giving of their time and themselves.
