.Face.Value.
I am known only to this world by my name, Travis Kelley. I am 25 years old, standing at 5'7", 150 lbs., hazel eyes, and dark brown hair (although the color and style are always changing); Italian, German, Irish descent; I have two piercings in each ear, two barbells in my right eyebrow, small nose stud in my left nostril, labret piercing, and both of my nipples pierced; I have some ink, and plan to get more.
.Dissecting.The.Mortal.Shell.
I'm a hairstylist, which I immensenly enjoy as a form of creative expression. I am constantly striving to perfect my skills in hair design in hopes to one day do platform artist showcases at hair conventions, modeling shoots, etc. Some of my work can be seen on the slideshow to the left.
I am also a singer/songwriter and poet. This has always been the passion that fuels me and makes me thrive every single moment of my life. As well, I book/promote concerts and other events in and around the Florida area. If your band needs a show here, or you're looking for a vocalist, please contact me!
I immensely enjoy most creative outlets, with writing, digital art and photography being of the most common interest to me. I try to spend my spare time delving into these mediums, expanding my knowledge and artistic insight as much as possible.
.Take.Me.As.I.Am.
The very essence of who I am is a contrast of sorts. Much like the Ying and Yang symbol, I am a balance of both love and hate, light and darkness, mortality and immortal thoughts. I am the type of person who rarely has a gray area in-between, for I live with an "all or nothing" attitude. In this aspect, I conjure up both positive and negative qualities, giving definitive meaning to who I am. Being an equally honest person to others as I am too myself, the sharing of this knowledge does not make me look at myself with regret. One must accept themselves, through their strengths and through their weaknesses. Only then can you find love within yourself and enable your entire being to push that love outward.

.What.Makes.You.Move.Moves.Me.

I tend to be a very picky person when it comes to what I find attractive. I know what I am looking for both externally and internally in a woman, and given what I have been through so many times in the past, I feel no need to settle for less now. Basically, I know what I want, and if I am to give my heart to someone again, it is going to be for all the right reasons.

This is not to say that I have extremely high-standards, though. I am in no way vain, shallow, or egotistical. When it comes to physical attraction, I have a very wide-taste, to be honest. Yet, most of the time, I am attracted to women that look nothing like me, but dress more on a sexy and sophisticated level (sort of like someone you would see going to a dance club, not a concert). That is not to say that I don't like a woman who has her own style either. I have seen many people who can take a few different styles and twist them into something very creative and unique. Those who can mix up thier wardrobe and refuse to settle on just one style is typically what will catch my eye the most. However, I definitely look for more than just another pretty face, so to speak. Less we forget, beauty is more than just skin deep...

What draws me in: Individuality * Honesty * Emotion * Sensitivity * Confidence * Maturity (I am usually attracted to older women due to this aspect) * Spirituality (though, not religious) * Vibrant personality * Intellectually stimulating conversation * Open-Mind * Sense of humor * Beautiful eyes that capture the soul perfectly * Natural beauty * Sexy, creative hairstyles * Voluptuous lips * Nice body and figure (basically, a woman who takes care of herself) * Curves (regardless of if the woman "bought" her body or not, curves are a very beautiful part of the female form) * Piercings and ink (not over doing it though) * Massages (an artform in itself) * Softly spoken poetry whispered in each other's ears after making love * Cuddling * Holding hands * Never wanting to let go of one another * Knowing what one another is thinking without saying a single word * Enjoys fashion (and doesn't feel the need to conform to just one style) * "Girly" girls (I admit, I am a bit feminine, so it'd be nice to meet a woman who takes longer to get ready than I do) * Passion for music, art, and dancing * Similar views and interests (and willing to accept differences) * A slight taste for the macabre and at least a curiosity in the darker side of erotica

.The.Destruction.Of.Meaning.

What pushes me away: Greed * Ignorance * Dishonesty * Jealousy * Cheating * Leading people on * Negativity * Shallowness * Egos * Groupies (they ruin the meaning of music entirely) * Psychotic behavior (I am so sick of attracting psychotic women) * Vanity (it's okay to be concerned about your appearance, but being completely into yourself destroys everything) * Labels (define yourself by being yourself) * Judging others on their appearance, their beliefs, or their opinions * Playing mind games (why is that necessary?) * Walls people put up to hide from themselves * Addicts (try to get help for yourselves) * Not being able to cry or show emotion (any man who thinks it's "pussy" to cry in front of their woman, GROW UP) * Religion (I have my beliefs, but don't tell me what is right and what is wrong because of your religious preferences and try to force it down my throat)

I've followed the case of the West Memphis Three for quite a few years now, ever since I was able to witness the documentary "Paradise Lost: The Child Murders At Robin Hood Hills" and the follow up documentary "Paradise Lost 2 : Revelations" , and have supported their cause ever since. The website designed for the fund-raising and social-consciousness of trying to help these men gain freedom and justice displays the worthy cause to research and gain more knowledge about, become involved with, and learn ways on how you can support these three innocent individuals accused of murders they did not commit.

Television:

I hardly ever watch TV. In the sum of a week, I probably only watch about 5 hours of television, if even that. There are much more creative and interesting things to do than sit in front of a television and let it consume and eradicate my time, energy, and thoughts.

However, one can never sway from laughter, so if I am watching television, I'm either watching shows on Adult Swim or Comedy Central .

My mother . Without her strength, determination, and guidance, I would not be the person I am today. She has taught me so much about life and how to be your own person. I cannot express the love and gratitude I have for everything she has supported me through, allowed me to help guide her through, and been there to comfort and understand me, even when we disagreed.

I love you, mom.
