ROOTS REGGAE FROM SWEDEN

About Me

URBAN TRIBE - an 12-piece roots reggae band from Sweden. Our debut album "Bob's Bar", distributed by ERC, was released on June 14th in the US. Founder of the band is leadvocalist, guitarrist, songwriter and producer Adam Atterby. "Bob's Bar" has been given an enthusiastic reception by critics and reggaefans all over the world and is currently aired by radiostations in the US, England, Jamaica and parts of Africa. As late as in June 2006, "Bob's Bar" was the 22nd most played reggaealbum on the radio in the US. Our second album "Who is the Enemy?" which features guestvocal performances by David Hinds and Selwyn Brown of Steel Pulse came out in July 2006. Except for in Sweden, we are currently an unsigned band. In 2006 we did two tours of Germany and the plan is to continue our campaign in mainland Europe with a tour of Germany, Switzerland and Austria in April 2007.Our continued mission: to spread truth, point out forces of evil in the world and spread good vibes in the universe and to do it in pure roots style - we will never give in to slackness! Bless, Adam Atterby I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
