My name's Melissa, but a lot of people call me Lissa. I'm 26. I was born in RI, raised and lived most of my life in Massachusetts. I now live in NorCal in southern Lake County, a nice place called Cobb Mountain, just north of Napa. But I spend lots of my time in Lakeport, the hub of Lake County. It's beautiful here! I love the outdoors, hiking and camping, hanging out at the coast. I do miss living between Providence and Boston a little, especially the music scene. But I didn't mind trading my partying ways for relaxing, peaceful nature days. I am a martial artist, training in Tang Soo Do; my rank is 3th Gup, which means I have a red belt. I like piercings(have 10 across my body)and tattoos (just 2-for now). Rich from Inflicting Ink in Portsmouth, RI and Jef at Rockstar Body Piercing in Providence, RI are the people I trust with needles poking my body. I am also a snowboarder, been riding 5 or so years, and I LOVE IT! I also have a new love, riding a motorcycle! Wow, it's a lot of fun! I also like traveling, music, and loving my guy, Jesse, who recently proposed to me and of course I said YES! I'm pretty quiet until I get to know someone a bit better, but I'm usually a pretty chill person, I just like to have a decent time.

I support a green lifestyle and way of thinking.
I want to see solutions to climate change/global warming.
I feel our government is not properly focused on important issues such as global warming, renewable and cleaner resources, better healthcare, smarter education.
I feel our government focuses too much on the war on drugs, war on terror, war, war, war.
I support our troops; I do NOT support war. War is the worst thing for the health of our planet.
I support the growing of hemp as a smart, renewable, multifunctional resource.
I support medicinal cannibus for it's many known positive health benefits, and am saddened by the information forcefed into us to make us thinks it's a 'bad drug'.
I feel there aren't enough wise questions being asked in the world today.
