About Me

"Every night I earn a lego. In time I will have all the legos I need to build my perfect lego empire."

-ZK_3:37AM_10/6/06

the past is only to be seen through the objective eyes. i see now, the golden path lined with endless black that i must follow. it is clear. true hapiness lies in creation, all else is false and misleading. i am single minded in my quest to fufill my life. there is no focus but for the future. i am becoming a machine.

My Interests

Love and living a life void of unnecessary societal pressure. I'm also really into the idea of getting a chip implanted in my brain so I can access wikipedia and mapquest at any time without interfering with what my physical body is doing. Total recall, baby!

I'd like to meet:

Marcel Duchamp, Wendy O. Williams, Harry Reams, Salvador Dali, Alvin Toffler, Giorgio Moroder, Jeff Koons, Candy Barr, Fritz Lang, Max Headroom, Stephanie from Full House, Ralf & Florian, Gilbert & George, Donovan, Gerhard Richter, Andre Breton, F. T. Marinetti, Lanny Barbie, Deepak Chopra, Dario Argento, Patrick Cowley, James Stinson, Philip K. Dick, Delia Derbyshire, and The One I Love Most in another time and another place...

Music:

during an extended period of sobriety last year, i realized that my musical taste is almost exclusively influenced by what sounds good when you're stoned. at first this bothered, but I've come to terms with that and now i fully embrace it. I am driven by the idea of 'the future', so I tend to be attracted to electronic music and the sounds of, or created by, machines. listen to my radio show and you'll hear what i'm talking about.

60s 70s 80s 90s now

Movies:

Heavy Metal, Fantastic Planet, Dune and any other wierd film that can hold on to making sense while remaining visual intriguing.

Television:

don't let me get sucked into Wife Swap agian

Books:

The Stranger, The Third Wave, The Secret

Heroes:

Lee Marvin, of course.and myself in the future.

ELECTRIC FUNERAL - cosmic encounters of the psychedelic kind

Epic as fuck. This is for sure one of my best shows. The levels are a little bit blown out, but it still rocks. It sounds like what a crew of hippies from the mid 70s on a space ship (think the film "...

ELECTRIC FUNERAL - from disco 2 disco

Another week goes by, another show to listen to. This one is my ode to the mid 80s radio station WBMX in chicago. Weird-ass disco to early 808 based house to italian imports. Sounds like Casios on aci...
