I count my blessings and know life could be a whole lot worse.I am still modifying my "FIVE FORMS Guitar Method." Don't know if I will ever get it published. It's about a music ROOT that moves up and down the string for a full octave of comfortable use. Six strings TUNE e, a, d, g, b, e. Each string in combination produce the ULTIMATE RESULT of FIVE FORMS. Five inversion formations which include the major scale note fingerings and the diatonic arpeggios and the blocked chord fingerings. TUNE seems odd at first, but the PERFECT FOURTH music interval progression works with FOUR FINGERS.THE OTHER HALF! Music cycle includes; clockwise PERFECT FIFTHS known also as the Circle of Fifths and order of sharp keys, whereas counter-clockwise PERFECT FOURTHS is also the order of flat keys.For piano and other keyboards we are taught to use 5 fingers and learn the circle of 5ths.The guitar, when tuned: e a d g b e is designed for use of four fingers of each hand and progresses by the circle 4ths.E A D G C F Bb Eb Ab Db Gb B (repeat 5 times)The guitar tuned like this is a 60 cycle instrument in that it plays 5 inversion finger FORMations for all 12 of the music tones used in our theory. 12 x 5 = 60
