About Me

This is the official myspace of Albert "alb-d" Dickson..
Albert Dickson started his musical journey as a lil kid, he would bang on pots and make them as drums. He picked up piano during his teen years, took formal lessons at Houston's Tempo school of music. His love for music led him to sing in the community choir "One Step", going around local churches singing the praises of Jesus! Played drums in his school marching band, and percussion in the the symphony band. In his college years Albert studied Classical piano at Texas Southern Univ, under direction of Dr. Perkyns. and Dr. Cha. His production dreams started when Multi-Platinum producer Kojack took him into his studio, showing him the ropes of producing. Being around some of the best producers in the game has taught him a priceless lesson of the Music Industry. Producer/songwriter. Beatmaking. A go-getter, hustler ambitions. Albert Dickson says, "A hustler is someone who wakes up at 5 am goes around mowing lawns to support his family. A hustler is someone who's in school, but has to wait tables to support him/herself through college. I'm more into producing records than making beats. I was once told by a wise person. In the industry you can't sell a beat, but you can sell a song."
Me
I'm simple, but I think so deep. I struggle with my on flaws i'm only human. I'm learning to not hurt people and push them out of my life. But everyday I strive to learn something new.. God is good.. Let me make it to see a new day.. thats all I can ask for. "Hmm... I love my family there my supporting cast. Music is my everything, R&B (new skool to old skool), Jazz, Gospel,Hip-hop, Classical, Pop, Rock, Country .. I listen to it all".That's all me..Alb-d.

My Interests

Producing Music, Performing, Shopping, Clubbin & Partyin. Oh yea, I'm ice cold with them tracks. Aint to many cats I know that on my level. Just a few! I don't like to brag cuz it hurts feelings.. Ya Know!!Im all about dimes .. If you aint a 8,9 or dime.. u can keep truckin... That's the click's motto.But overall im just a real guy.
