In the summer of 1987, an alien spacecraft on a trajectory out of theHorsehead Nebula crash landed in the wilderness of a small planet revolvingaround a yellow star at a distance of 93 million miles. The three survivingastronauts climbed out of the wreckage and discovered they had landed in aplace called "East Texas," a strange and mysterious land populated by a raceof semi-intelligent beings that called themselves "humans."
The three survivors quickly followed Orglav's 3rd Protocol for StrandedAstronauts (please see UCOSS Regs. 31a and 36f for further information) andcaptured three young human males and assumed their identities. Afteraccidentally watching a television channel called "MTV", the astronautsdevoted the next twenty earth years to learning the ways of humanity, studying the effects of disturbing atmospheric molecules, and dissecting thebrains of hitchhikers just to understand humanity's fascination with this mancalled "Prince."
Then, in the earth year 2007, with an understanding of how the complexharmonic motions generated with guitars, amplifiers, drums, and vocal chordscould influence the emotions and political biases of billions of consumers, the astronauts formed a rock band called "The Sugar Fire." With anunrelenting desire to conquer the tiny, pathetic planet they were strandedon, Andy Wingfield (Supreme Admiral Gryxxlxx IV), Ethan Wood (Science OfficerMtarryx Splyxx) and Danny Gutierrez (Battlemaster Arulyk Sephorus Kkytrop ofthe House of Treupigrs) began writing and recording an album that is due forrelease sometime in the Summer of 2008.
