Behind The Wall Productions is an independent, Maryland-based company dedicated to producing quality films in the horror/thriller genre.
Our passion is producing economical, independent features and shorts which utilize local talent, coupling them with innovative, original stories and high-definition production techniques. Founded by Director David A. Cross with a belief in supporting emerging talent, we seek to work with actors, storytellers, technicians and composers who share our commitment to delivering quality entertainment.
Prior to forming Behind The Wall, David was the Writer, Director and Editor of two DTV feature films released through Lionsgate Home Entertainment. That experience allowed him to construct his own company with the goal of unearthing new talent while removing the stigma associated with low and modest-budget filmmaking by making professional films at a fraction of the price of larger productions. In addition to up and coming actors, Behind The Wall supports local and undiscovered bands and composers as a means of reaching a larger audience with their music through the medium of film.

THE SITTER is a 6 minute short film. When Laura answers a house-sitting ad for two vacationing brothers, it seems like the perfect job. But soon, the idyllic country house is anything but peaceful. Something is not as it seems and Laura soon discovers that she may not be in the house alone.
GHOSTWATCHER 2: This is the trailer for our second feature-length horror film GhostWatcher 2, released through Lionsgate Entertainment. Laura Kove, the agoraphobic ghost hunter from GhostWatcher, is back to face her past and help a young girl free herself from the terrifying visions she is experiencing in her dreams. A horrific car accident and brutal murder on a rural road are seemingly unconnected to 16-year-old Tracy's experiences, but their incessant presence in her dreaming life leaves no other option than to solicit Laura's help. In a race against time, Laura must rush to stop a ghost’s wrath and avert a catastrophe that will take hundreds of lives…including her own.
