Kadaver

Kadaver is Michael Zolotov. A project I started back in 2003 in order to vomit out and to drain the pus from what I feel inside. Because the meaning of Kadaver is to create an atmosphere, a mirror to inner sickness, sadness, depression, pain and grief and not to create "art" – there is no specific genre that can be attached to Kadaver. The sounds shifts from twisted dark ambient through industrial till harsh noise and power electronics.For years I felt a lot of contempt for myspace and the so called "community" of it and in a way I still do. The all quest for "friends" and the ridiculous attempt to add as many people as possible to your lists.. People who you don’t even know nor care about and act only as a function of enlarging your important list. Or bands- that not only that they don’t have any releases out but don’t even have 1 song officially recorded and yet they have the need to notify the world that they have arrived.I find it all pointless and a complete waste of time.And here I am opening a myspace account after more than 4 years of activity – why?Well, it’s no lie and definitely not an attempt to sound "evil" but I truly hate people. Beyond what words can describe. Over 99% of the human race is worthless in my eyes and I feel noting but anger and repulsion for them. But as I am infected with a human mind (you can despise your human qualities but you cannot ignore and skin all of them off) I do have the need and will to find the specific individuals who can understand and RELATE to what I feel (and vice versa).Kadaver was always by and for ME (same as my drawings, paintings, writings and so on). It’s a release mechanism to handle with a great share of pain and fury… But as a side effect- this is another step forward for me to leave my diminutive and meaningless scar upon this world for those who are actually worth it. (even if its just for 1 person).*** I recently got a criticizing email from a man who can’t understand how can I label my sounds as ’misanthropic-rape-electronics’ and still try to find people to relate to my work. It’s "un- misanthropic of me" according to him.. I think that if you hate 99% of something, even if you LOVE the remaining 1% (which is not the case here) - you still be classified as a hater for this subject. So for all those jokers who feel the need to lecture me on misanthropy – save your effort. I am sick of the "black metal tr00 kvlt elite" kids who claims to be ’fulltime nihilistic misanthropes’ that hates EVERYTHING and EVERYONE on the same level, no exceptions. I will bet that the same ’evil dark lords’ cry themselves to sleep when their girlfriends walks out on them. If you really hate EVERYONE so much (’fans’ included) why bother publishing your music and hand momentarily enjoyment or a sense relief to your enemies?
