Music, Photography, Philosophying, Poetry, Lyrics, Snowboarding, swimming and diving (preferrably without the scuba stuff), water in any form; animals; the art of living and loving... loving your life; surviving; a new summer like a new life, the smell of sun-kissed skin, wind that comes up before a thunderstorm, warm air at night, absorbing litres of whiskey without an obvious effect, whiskey is amazing, having my own star (officially in the British Library) and sending thoughts out to it, genuinely happy people, the eyes of passerbys, ck one, blowing transparent curtains, beautiful passerbys, kir in the afternoon in a Parisian bar, train journeys, the smell of life from a pub when you walk past, leading an artist's life; white musk incense, pimms' and lemonade with apple, cucumber, peppermint, lemon and orange; realizing people really do actually care about your existence, finding it's never to late to make new friends, the mesmorizing sound of passing trains, the wholehearted satisfaction of catching a perfect moment (on negative), huge summer rain drops, being mistaken to be stoned all the time (...?!?), enhancing your knowledge in any earthly (or else) way; always carrying an empty book with you just in case...; getting lost in the city and finding new adventures, following clouds, the magic moment of a photo appearing in the dev, watching planes until they disappear completely...
People who enrich my knowledge and experience on this planet.

There are different kinds of "heroes"... Those that are alive (often famous) , that one admires for what they create and give us and, at the same time, make us aim for higher goals. The dead ones, that have reached the status of Legend, and who have left us with a sense of nostalgia. Their disappearance and the mystery of Death have amplified the significance and the unreachable greatness of their lifes. And the fictional ones, that we can or like to identify with because they are mostly stronger, wittier or cleverer than us or have superhuman powers.
Dead: My Father, Henri Cartier-Bresson
Alive: My Mum, Richard Ashcroft, James Nachtwey, Carl Barat (the true hero of The Libertines), Kate Moss is great!
