Hey Myspace, welcome to the OFFICIAL page of Stephanie. If you are curious, YES...I designed everything you see before your eyes. Neat huh? Well you probably want to know how I got started modeling, here's my story:
My modeling career kicked off during the summer of 2006, right after high school graduation. It all started during my last semester of my senior year. I was bored in class after finishing my school work and decided to surf the World Wide Web(lol).I went to Ebony Fashion Fair.com where I filled out the application and sent in two Polaroids out of curiosity, just to see if I would get a call back.
In July 2006, I received a call from the Ebony Fashion Fair main office asking if I would like to be flown to Chicago to the Semi-Finals. Even though I wasn't selected, that still didn't stop me. In August 2006, I graced the runway and danced in Maryland Fashion Week 2006. That performance opened up more doors for my modeling career.
Photographers contacted me for test shoots, and soon on, I did my very 1st photo shoot September 2nd, 2006; set up by Baltimore's Ultimate Party Promoter, Syn City, CEO of the Tip Star Company. In February 2007 I did editorial shooting for Audorah Couture, a local clothing company in the D.M.V.
In March 2007, I was contacted by Ford Models and Blackplanet.com to be interviewed about my promising modeling career. That interviewed gained me exposure on a national level. Then I was asked to headline the South Carolina Fashion Exhibition April 2007 in Columbia, SC.
As time progressed on, I expanded my network, talking with key folks in the industry. In September 2007, I was contacted by a New York City based agency EM Models and Talent to launch Luster's Hair new product line, Luster's ReNutrients. I've also worked with a celebrity hair stylist on a magazine project that is featured on page 72 of Sophisticates Black Hair Magazine(November Issue with Jennifer Hudson on the cover). And to date I
JUST wrapped up the Adidas Respect M.E Ad Campaigns. I also did a commercial celebrating "60 Years of Originality" for Adidas with Missy Elliot. That commercial airs November 25th on every major TV network...I'm excited!
Just think, all this from being bored. lol

Missy Elliot saw a star in the making...just look at that smile! lol
But anywho, my experience with Adidas was
GREAT. Not all because I won the contest, but the fact I got to live my dream, to do a major ad campaign. Meeting people from around the world was cool too!
Meeting Missy was the best celebrity encounter...not to mention my girl Ciara was there too..and everyone knows I dance, so clearly I was excited to meet her as well! lol
The production and photography crew were great to work with, as well as the stylists, the make-up artists and hairstylists. The commercial shoot was one of the best experiences I've had in my entire life, meeting even more celebs, and getting a taste of Hollywood...and it tastes good! lol And I hope this huge opportunity takes me even further...hmm...maybe I'll branch out into acting!
But I would like to thank Missy Elliot and Adidas for taking such a great interest in me. And last but not least I would like to thank everyone who supported and had faith in me. I really appreciate it. I won't do any shout-out's because if I miss someone's name, they're going to be mad at me! lol But they know who they are.Update: 10/25/2008 2:41am- As of October 30th, I will start my fashion career with BCBG Max Azira Group! Owww!!!-end message- Hey Everyone! Check me out on www.adidas.com/missy AND www.facebook.com/adidasoriginals! As some of you know, just shot Missy Elliot's Spring/Summer 2009 Adidas Respect M.E Collection Campaign and I also shot a commercial as well, airing November 25th on all major T.V Networks; M.T.V, B.E.T, VH1, you name it! I'm also in the November 2008 issue of Sophisticates Black Hair Magazine (Page 72) so go pick it up at your local newsstands! Oh and by the way,
COMMENT MY PICTURES! LOLWHO DO YOU MODEL FOR?
I am currently not represented by any agency at the moment. I'm managing myself for now.
HOW DO YOU MAKE DIV LAYOUTS?
This here requires patience, patience, and more patience. Oh and math skills too. You have to manually place items
on the page by "playing" with the pixels in the coding.
CAN I TAKE YOU OUT SOMETIME?
Sorry guys, I only do business lunches.
And don't try to conjure up anything just to get me to go out with you.
A few of you have been caught plotting...lol
WHO INSPIRES YOU?
My current inspiration is the
FABULOUS Markisha Cook. Couture Designer and CEO of KEO Couture. She may only be 20 years old,
but she is so passionate and driven about living her dream. Life may throw her hurdles, but she jumps right over them.
And with that being said, you can catch her debuting her clothing line in New York Fashion Week 2009.
ARE YOU SINGLE?
I've been in a relationship for over 2 years, and we are doing just fine. :)
HOW CAN I PAY FOR A LAYOUT DESIGN?
I accept Paypal payments
(no e-checks please), and money orders. If the project is over $100.00 and if you are local, I can meet you somewhere and pick up the money.
I require that you pay a 50% security deposit for your layout. There has been 2 incidents
where I completed the projects and the clients are no where to be found.
I feel as though it's a waste of my time and their time. So, please be sure of yourselves! :)
WHAT KIND OF MODELING WILL YOU DO?
I am open to Fashion, Runway and Commercial modeling. I will not do glamour, unless it's tasteful has a great concept
(think Victoria's Secret).
