Study the past if you wish to define the future

About Me

The most important advice I can give. Is to tell the ones you love how much you really love them for you never know when you may see them again. For all those who knew and loved him just remember and hold in your heart dearly B.A.M. To all my friends and family I love you and miss you.Never let anyones words hurt you or discourage you. (or in the words of a dear friend "You are the only one who can hurt yourself.") All things are beautiful, intelligent, and deserve to be treated that way with a loving, helping, and respectful hand. Vanity is the worst sin (I'm not religious if you want to know why ask me). If someone says something to hurt you just remember that it is their own insecurity in themselves coming out. Do be proud of who you are on the inside (be comfortable in your own skin) but do not be vain and try your best to learn from others nobody is perfect whether they think they are or not. I am not prefect and I know that. The lesson I've learned recently is try your best everyday to improve yourself so now I am passing it along. For all those who love to learn and read. A great book I am in the process of reading is called Bodymind by Ken Dychtwald...
