For those who do not know, ROCAN is the name of a police team here from Brasilia, but any similarity is coincidental ... Even because we’re only going to “arrest” you to our sound!!! WITH THE PURPOSE OF PLAYING THE GOOD AND OLD ROCK AND ROLL, the ROCAN Band emerged in July 2001 with a group of young people who had music running in their veins. With only a few months of existence, ROCAN Band began to present in a lot of places in the city, including schools and colleges. It has participated of several radio and TV shows such as: DFTV at the New Bands space, Band TV on the tv show ARTMIX and Rede TV on the TV show OFICINA MIX, where they were able to win the music festival organized by this last one. The strength of ROCAN is its on stage presence of the members and the communication with the audience, especially from its lead singer, who recently shared the stage with the bands O Rappa, Tihuana and Charlie Brown Jr. They have done several concerts outside the city, where the audience has been very receptive. As greatest the audience energy is, the better the presentation of the band becomes. Pra quem não sabe ROCAN é o nome de uma policia daqui de Brasilia, mas qualquer semelhança é mera coincidência...Até pq nós só vamos prender vcs ao nosso som!!! COM O PROPOSITO DE TOCAR O BOM E VELHO ROCK AND ROLL. A Banda Rocan surgiu em julho de 2001 com um grupo de jovens que tinham música correndo em suas veias. Em poucos meses de formação a ROCAN começou a se apresentar em vários pontos da cidade, inclusive em escolas e faculdades. Participou de vários programas de rádio e TV como: DFTV no quadro Bandas Novas, na Band no Programa ARTMIX, na Rede TV no Programa OFICINA MIX, no qual ganhou o festival organizado por esse programa. O ponto forte da ROCAN é a presença de palco de seus integrantes e a comunicação com o público, principalmente de seu vocalista,que recentemente dividiu o palco com as bandas O Rappa, Tihuana e Charlie Brown Jr. Fizeram vários shows fora da cidade, onde a receptividade do público foi muito boa.Quanto maior a energia do público, melhor será a apresentação da banda. em estúdio para a gravaçao do 1 cd.
