About Me

Layout by CoolChaserI survived my first shifts at AIDHC and I am looking forward to getting fully into the flow of their ED. Prior to my current job as a Pediatric Emergency RN I was a Louisiana State Trooper and did a graduate course in the UK, in Forensic Archaeology... I also worked as an RN in the Emergency Dept of Harford Memorial Hospital and the Peds ED at Franklin Square. I hold AA degrees in Nursing and Chemistry, a BSc in Bio (behavior emphasis) and a PostGrad Cert in Forensic Archaeology. I have currently picked up an army of the Tau Empire for Warhammer 40k. As the units are assembled and painted I will update the photos... I have also picked up a small force of Black Templars and will update their photos accordingly.

My Interests

.... Criminal Behavior, Anti-Terrorism and good beer... Rounded out with a monthly game of D&D and a daily dose of WOW:TBC, what more do you need? I can be found on the Lightninghoof server with my BE Hunter Vistaril mainly... Also have an alt by the same name on Sisters on Elune. This is a NE Druid.... Looking forward to the release of the Warhammer MMO and The Age of Conan MMO...

Of those that have passed, John Wayne, General Patton and Ronald Reagan... Of those that haven't, Thomas Sowell and the awesomely hot, Ann Coulter... As an aside I would like to meet Jason Hawes and Grant Wilson from Ghosthunters on SciFi, Alton Brown and Masaharu Morimoto from The Food network and Peter Jackson from LoTR fame.

Music:

My music interest is diverse... Currently listening to new KT Tunstall, Missy Higgins and awaiting new Katie Melua album. New Gary Allan and Garth Brooks EP's are good... Just wish The Transformers soundtrack lived up to the movie.....

Movies:

The Hobbit is a go.... WOOHOO!!!!!!!! Skeptical about the movie linking The Hobbit with The Lord of the Rings also being shot, but will hold judgement until more info is released.... Now the big questions... Who will play Bard, Beorn and Thorin Oakenshield.....? And will Jeremy Irons voice Smaug as was once rumored.....? HHHRRRMMM.....

Television:

Nothing beats CBS's Monday night line up... Throw in Family Guy, Good Eats and Iron Chef (Original) and you have yourself a party.... Reruns of Firefly are always a good watch too.... Other serious tv viewing which means hitting the DVR to watch later includes Scrubs, Smallville, Ghosthunters, SG:A. To round it out, NE PATRIOTS and LSU TIGERS games...

Books:

Currently reading The Horus Heresy series mixing it up with Patriot Battles and The Secret Found of the United States. Good, laughable conspiracy theories in the latter.

Heroes:

Reagan, Wayne, Patton not necessarily in that order... All stand on the same pedastool....
