About Me

I am STRAIGHTEDGE and I don't care what you think about it.

Here's a few little known facts about me:
1) I was an origami master as a kid.
2) I'm pretty amazing with a yo-yo.
3) I'm neurotic about my nails. I bite them constantly, and always keep a nail clipper handy.
4) I constantly chew on things. Fingernails and safety pins are favorites, but any bit of plastic, wood or metal will do.
5) I know I talk too much, and actually try not to... but usually fail at it.
6) I never cry in real life, but easily at cheesy movies.
7) I am a lot stronger than I look.
8) I've never broken a bone.
9) I'm totally gay for roses.
10) I dislike being called "Josh". I hate being called "Jaffe".

...and all of this is why I am awesome.

My Interests

My new metal band , Good font names, the feeling of biting skin and nails, matching my clothes like no straight man should, joke tattoos, adobe illustrator, all things Star Wars and Robotech, the look on peoples faces when I tell them I don't drink, listening to music people don't expect me to like, defending New Jersey like a rabid junkyard dog, fishing with my brother, having breakfast with my dad, hanging out with my sister-in-law when my brother isn't around, seeing my few real friends when I can, meeting people from all over the world and showing them why I love New Jersey and New York City, impressing English people with my knowledge of their country, being a nerd, telling people I am in a video that's on every Video iPod in every Apple store, the elevators at the Times Square Marriott, being skinny again, eating food I've never had before, going to bodegas and buying the weirdest drinks I can find, talking to other Apple fanatics, doing anything at my job other than selling shit, making long random lists, taking stupid pictures of shit with my sidekick , being a general sidekick/instant messenging addict, knowing that one day I'm going to be a great dad and have the coolest kids ever, watching obscure films from other countries, anything by Studio Ghibli, talking shit about 5th Avenue, everything about dogs, fluffy socks, not acting my age and being mistaken for younger, unexpected WiFi, skateboarding on the streets of NYC while wearing sound isolating headphones and using my sidekick, red bull, McDonalds, Sheetz, Toy Tokyo, Kid Robot, Las Vegas, London and Downtown Jersey City.

I'd like to meet:

Who gives a shit? I'm bored.

They say you can't go home

Well, fuck that. Everything about me is new. Nice to know you can always start over, even an old fuck like me. To all the new friends, ask some questions... it's been a long time since anyone has.

Can someone stop time please? I'd like to get off here...
