"I have a love in my life that makes me stronger than you can even imagine! Now say, "that's that", mattress man!" -Punch Drunk Love
Sponge Bob, Andy Milonakis, Wonder Showzen, Conan is funny too.
"In Watermelon Sugar", by Richard Brautigan and everything else by him. Oh, also a fun one I read recently was "The crying of lot 49" by Thomas Pynchon. I like surrealists. Vonnegut, Burroughs, etc. "THe Illuminatus Trilogy" by Robert Anton WIlson. Books by J.G. Ballard are always brilliant, stylish and intelligent, i.e. "The Kindness of Women, Crash". Perhaps my favorite, though, next to Brautigan is J.P. Donleavy. Genuis! Check out "The Ginger Man, A Solitary Man, The Beastly Beatitudes of Balthazar B." One of H.S.Thompson's Faves.
