you can hear the bass from all the way out here. waiting in line for so long has caused the excitement to grow so extreme you can taste it. you enter the venue with friends at your side and fun in your pockets. making your way through the dark crowded hallway you can feel the temperature rising, hear the walls vibrating, see multicolored lights peeking through the crowd. the farther you enter the more energetic they are, dancing, jumping, everywhere. you can feel their body heat pouring off them as you walk past. you search for a spot to call yours and to chill at so you can think about what you should do next. let the fun begin. the salty taste. that excitement build up. so much you have to join them. in you go. into the crowd. letting the music move you in any which way imaginable. entranced by the laser lights and fog. kicking water bottles all over the wet flyer tiled floor. you step to the outside for a small breath of fresh air with the others sitting around, chillin. it doesn't last long. it's amazing how the music calls you back inside and makes you move pushing your body to your physical limits. as morning approaches and the crowd starts to clear you can feel the temperature drop as the air thins. you walk outside to meet the warmth of the new sunrise. all friends accounted for, you flip through flyers to plan the following weekend on the trip back home.
