Ryan's DJ career began in high school while working for a local sound and lighting provider in Connecticut named Connecticut Audio and Theatrical Supply (CATS). As the DJ for all of his high school dances, Ryan challenged himself to make every production bigger than the last. Invaluable crowd reading skills were developed at these events. One night while in college, a visit to Be Yourself @ Vinyl/Arc with Danny Tenaglia in New York City sealed his fate as a house music DJ/Producer. The driving basslines, solid kick, and sizzling highs were intoxicating. The vibe in the room was beyond contagious. It was at this point, Ryan began networking with other DJ's and soon started proving sound and lighting production solutions to clubs. In time, Ryan was regularly playing at Toads Place, Alchemy, and Lounge 215 (Phoenix with Robert LaFrance) in New Haven, CT. After college, Ryan relocated to Manhattan to work on "Wall St." A few short months in NY and Ryan began DJing at clubs such as Deep, Sol, and Gypsy Tea. It was a chance encounter with one promoter that gave him the opportunity to play at Hush Afterhours at the Green Room on Sunday mornings. Now Ryan is taking the Hush concept to the next level, hosting his own events and providing entertainment solutions for venues throughout the NY Metro area. Since the completetion of his new recording studio in the late fall of 2006, Ryan and his production partners are busy working on new material.
