phonogen is a Journalism Pop Band from South Germany, Freiburg, having the two members Freteric Student and Well AsCop. The guys met first in their home town Offenburg when Freteric was asked by a band to help out as a singer. I this band, Well played guitars. After a while the two guys stepped of and formed a band called .... doesnt matter... with two other musicians. Some years this band broke apart. And some years later, the same happened in Freiburg. Today, they work on their own in a recording room near Freiburg, friendly supported by the advice of friends and former band members. Phonogen perform as Freteric Student on vocals and Well AsCop on guitars and concentrate on develop themselves as songwriters.
