I am High Commander Ian McSwarthy, Royal Duke of Ulster, Lord of Donegal, High Commander of the Irish Imperial Army, First Knight of Ulster, Keeper of the Faith, Defender of the Realm and a wealthy merchant to boot. Once i was a servent of the church, i have since put aside the life of the cloth. Having been given the blessing of the church, i retired my habbit and began service to the throne. My loyalties are tied to the Black Prince Stephen, the Red Hand of Ulster. I am bound to the Prince out of a life long friendship. I enjoy a tall mug of ale and a hearty conversation. When i am not managing my families holdings, or working on my one of my many ships; i am traveling abroad with milord. We are currently celebrating Prince Stephen and Princess Elisabeth Kathrine's nuptuals! The wedding was a joyous event! As a gift from milord, my family was granted the right to bear the most welcome Ducal titles and lands! I hope to serve the throne to my full potential.Aside from enjoying milords company, i am owner and opperator of The Jolly Clover Shipping Company. We have 37 trade ships, 25 gun ships, and a good deal of trade. We ship almost anywhere (we refuse to go to France!), and aside from any unpleasant run'ins with pirates, we find ourselves very profitable.
