The purpose of Music Fort Smith, Inc. shall be to organize and operate a community center for the promotion of music and musicians and for the development of cultural and vocational resources for the residents of the Fort Smith area, regardless of their race, creed, sex or national origin and with special emphasis on at-risk youths.
