About Me

The NMSU COMIC CREATOR GROUP is open to both NMSU students and innocent bystanders alike. It's just what it sounds like, a club for people who are interested in drawing or writing their own comic stories. All types of comic stuff is welcome from manga to american. We meet once a week for about an hour and half and talk stories, techniques, tools, characters, influences, and whatever else comes up. We give stylistic and techincal demos to try ang help each other out. We also have weekly writing and drawing excersises. These excersises are designed for personal growth, and are totaly optional. We also try and organize events, such as hosting a 24hr comic, and are hoping to do this in the future. Just add us if your interested, and tell anyone else who might be game, thanks.
