About Me

My original name is Jenefer but just about everybody has called me Jen.I am a fun loving woman who enjoys art and culture not just african culture I am very fond of any culture that is family oriented.I love poetry,writing and reading it.I'm a kind of person who can look at the sky full of clouds and see a master piece painting in the sky. I love music that sends a message that needs to be heard,also music with a tight beat. I love to hang out with really cool people of course, I don't want to hang out with people who cause drama.I also like to listen to people with concerns and give feed back if its wanted. I make friends whereever I go because I'm a people person. I love simple things and spontanious get togethers. my style is what looks good on me, but i do prefer wooden and beaded jewelry. I often wear braids and have my hair relaxed but i want to change my hair to my personality.I actually have my hair in twists now. I want to go into modeling and/or photography. I can't dance but I love to groove if the beat is right.I also like to sing when im happy ive been told that i have an average singing voice im not a diva but i can match some pitches really well just the high pitch i can't so please don't ask me to sing high pitches lol anyways I'm a person who will tell u the truth if i like something i like it if i dont i dont there is no use in mixing up the truth. I love music i think music with the piano in it is beautiful i love the piano and the violin the two best combinations in a song i say!

My Interests

Art, i live it i breath it im consumed by it whether its painting, writing, or dancing anything that expresses the emotions of people. I love art shows, music concerts, fashion shows, and I have an addiction to sushi. I like japanese culture a lot and I would love to go there one day!

people to swap stories, poetry, and thoughts with. People who love life as much as me. People who love to go out and do something even if its just a walk or a bike ride. People who have an imagination and are creative. I love people period as long as they have a good personality. Music:

I like any type of music but i prefer reggae, rock, soul,political hip hop, and jazz. I'm a big fan of Jill Scott,Dead prez,john legend,and sergio mendes,just to name a few.

Movies:

I love movies that make me think and movies that are just plain scary. I love zombie movies they scare me so much!

Television:

I don't really watch T.V. im so busy enjoyin life to just watch it on T.V.

I love to read just about any book as long as it captures me in the story i haven't been able to read as much anymore but i still read some articles I happen to find interesting whether its body and soul magazine or its ebony magazine i like magazines!I recommend a book called "The Power of Praise" it can be really helpful!

My heroes are all the friends and family that I've encountered over the years. they have helped to shape who I am today in their very own unique ways. they helped me when things were rough. you all know who you are I love you all deeply whether you are a new or old friend I remember every kind act whether big or small it helped me in some way.
