Liftshift

Due to the introduction to Psychedelic trance in 1994, Eric Bijl (LIFTSHIFT) has been on a roll with the psycedelic movement ever since. Demanding the best ingredients for his Dj sets and Studio productions as well as live sets, Bijl is always working on enhancements and variable influences to keep the level high and mighty. After playing guitar in Rock-Metal-Blues and Jazz bands in his adolescence it was time to get involved with electronic music in the year mentioned above. Since then he has been Dj-ing most of the time and of course around the year 2000.. ready to get into producing. Bijl traded in his guitar for digital bliss and started the "Liftshift" project. With a range between 135 -and 141Bpm in his live sets he delivers a prog to psy set. The tracks are Deep and melancholic of nature although very pushing and energetic. They contain a delicate balance between raw and nourishing sounds, beats and magic. A true feast for the psycedelic/progressive lover.Since the beginning 0f 2007 Eric and his mate Riches Started a new project, which is named: NO TEXT! The style is varied, between progressive and full on. Some tracks more progressive and some more full on, just the way the two Amigos Like it!!Since 2003 "Liftshift" has been performing his live sets in many countries, like: Holland, Israel, US, Brazil, Germany, Hungary, Belgium and Ireland amongst others, on festivals like Solstice, Earthdance, Universo Paralello and Fullmoon Festival....
