We are the 1st lady dancehall group to bring it pon the dancehall scene in the 757. We started out with 4 members and we were originally called "THE SEXY BODY GALS" which by the way(LINJA frm/LOVE PEOPLE SOUND named us)but issues occured which lead to separation of a member. We then added 2 NEW MEMBERS and changed our name to "FASHION OVA STYLE LADIES" which made our group 110% real. Dancing is our hobby not our lives. We are full time mothers,hard workers,and full time students. As for the dancing scene, SOME of the people that haven't been around that long(only a few years, starting mid 2000 to present)tend to get the WRONG idea about us.... They're ASSUMING THAT WERE STUCK UP and ANTISOCIABLE. BUT THAT'S NOT THE CASE AT ALL. The veterans know that's NOT TRUE. We CAN get along with ANYBODY. But we just don't like NEGATIVITY, BAD VYBEZ, or PHONEY PEOPLE AT ALL. So therefore we tend to stay to ourselves, but please don't get it TWISTED, WE NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM BUSSING A DANCE WITH ANYONE WHO WANTS TO MASH UP THE DANCE FLOOR. As you can see, it's all PEACE AND LOVE with "The Fashion Ova Style Ladies." BIG UP TO "GARRISON ENTERTAINMENT" FORMLY KNOWN AS "BLACKWALL STREET PROMOTION" FOR SHOWING US SUPPORT, AND BEING OUR #1 FAN. MAD LOVE TO ALL THE DANCEHALL DANCERZ,SELECTAS, AND PROMOTERS IN THE 757 AREA. KEEP PUTTING VA. ON THE MAP. PEACE AND BLESSINGS!!!!!!!!!!!
