About Me
First of all, let me give thanks to the Almighty God for all the accoplishment, experience and happiness I have gained in life so far... I am very greatful for all that he has done for me throughout the years. There were many challenges but with faith, confidence, courage and trust I am able to see my dreams come true. My mother named me Ann-Marie, but I grew up with the nickname Michelle. My stage name Mad Michelle was given to me because of my crazy, hype, energetic dance presentation. I started officially dancing at age 16 with Tivoli Dance Troupe and Duhaney Park Police Youth Club. Every year I participated in Jamaica Carnival (Revellers). In 2002 I entered the Dancehall Queen Competition but was not placed. With encouragement from friends/family, my determination & confidence, I entered again in 2003 and was crowned JAMAICAN DANCEHALL QUEEN 2003. That same year I entered Miss Hedonism III and won the said title... Apart from dancing, I was a model for Harcopy Magazine and was signed to PUMA to promote their wear. So far, my talent has taken places, including: USA, CANADA, ENGLAND, TRINIDAD, GRAND CAYMAN, BARBADOS, GUYANA, ANTIGUA, just to name a few.
