Don't go missing this next thing from me.

About Me

My story starts when I was 18, that's when I first began playing and performing music. I joined my first band in 1990. This band was call Mourning Vengeance, and was a heavy metal cover act that mainly played in Evansville. From that point I was in and out of small projects that didn't last to long until I started a Country/Rock cover band called "Stealing Grace". We started around 1997 or so and lasted until 2001. Stealing Grace paid off nicely for me back then. We released an album in 1999 that didn't do so hot, but was a fun goal to meet with those guys. When Stealing Grace came to an end in 2001, I started a modern heavy cover band called "Monkeygland", and have been doing that and a few other projects since then. My other projects include, "Silverscreen June, The Dan Conn Band, Butterface, Uno Yoko, and Lush." Now I have begun my own project which only consists of me singing songs that I have written. I am currently recording these songs and prepairing for a CD that I can move to the public. Once I have this CD mostly done, I plan on putting together a band, and performing anywhere I can to sell the music. I shot my first video early June and can be viewed by googling video, and then john gauer. We shot it in manhatten New York out on a fire escape, about 4 stories up. I also was able to set up several shows while I was there, and was received very well. I am looking forward to working with HEAVY MELODY MUSIC in New York on the production of my music, as well as songs written for clients to use for tv/radio adds and what not...... I am hoping that I have my BIG TIME BALL rollin' now. I am playing an acoustic show about everyother Thusday, at a bar here in Evansville called, "The Deerhead Sidewalk Cafe". I plan on performing this acoustic show throughout the tri-state as time goes on. I hope that you like what you hear, I would love to have your support. Influences: My number one influence will have to be Lionel Richie, he was a hit writting machine back in the day. Butch Walker also a big one. I would be lieing if I did'nt say Kiss. I have really enjoyed Sevendust the last several years, and will have to say that they have been one of my favs. As far as the southern side of things, Garth Brooks, Skynard, John Cash, the list goes on and on.....
