Music, Crazy outfitted individuals with sparkling personalities, bizarre flicks, outlandish meals made on my stove, sproingy hair, math, books with well developed characters that do interesting things (NOT BILLY BUDD), traveling to countries where people are different than me, helping other people, and lots more cool stuff; like:weekly world news
I like lots of it, and the list is long, and hardly encompassed here........but here it goes: Nick Cave, The Beatles, Tori Amos, Dave Matthews Band, Portishead, NIN, TOOL, Flogging Molly, Gillian Welch, Johnny Cash, Christine Lavin, Tom Waites, Janice Joplin, Depeche Mode, Massive Attack, Pogues.........
I like Movies, I watch them a lot. That list is too daunting to think about
I do not have channels on my TV. But after this new relationship I have founded with Netflix, there are a few shows I dig: Farscape, Arrested Development, Joss Whedon stuff, Deadwood, Carnivale, Ab Fab, Red Dwarf, and Black Adder. I also have all Invader Zim episodes that I could lay my hands on in this house thing, with a Gir in the roof..
Just a few favorite authors include: Neil Gaimon, Maeve Binchy, Barbara Kingsolver, Kurt Vonnegut, Carl Hiasson, Christopher Moore, Camus, .... I like the obvious Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter series. Kage Baker's books are excellent. I recommend them to anyone who likes historical novels, or science fiction. They are lots of fun. kagebaker.com
Put someone one a pedestal, and they only have one place to go. There are of course some people whose redeeming qualities I utterly admire. As cheesy as it sounds, my parents are near the top of that list. They both are accepting loving people who try to make the most out of life. They were decent parents too (in my opinion they turned out STELLER (and modest) children (See, I was even nice to my sister there, proving that STELLER and modest thing).
