...music...obsessed with musica...i listen to all sorts of music.. my exceptions tend to be awful gangster rap and that country music that just makes you remember your uncle (husband) who cheated on you with your sister, shot your dog, took your 1972 dodge pickup missing one highlight and the bed, stole your dentures, AND hijacked your trailer....basically the country that just makes you want to cause your own hearing problems... bad boy bill & richard humpty vission...greatest house djs ever made...never heard of 'em? check out their websites....badboybill.com & richardhumptyvission.com... love that music that you just can't help but move to... and i'm not gonna lie... anything that you can't help but sing to when you're all alone in the car and you don't think anyone's watching or listening....hmm. hands down - incubus... i ♥ those crazy bastards... what can i say?! brandon's gonna have my babies... yup, one day soon...
...i absolutely (and publicly!) adore bad 80's teen movies! The Breakfast Club (Does Barry Manilow know that you raided his wardrobe?), Sixteen Candles, Pretty In Pink, Wierd Science (pretty much anything that includes Molly Ringwald and/or Anthony Michael Hall... btw... congrats to them @ the MTV movie awards! i'm SOOO proud!), Dirty Dancing, Ferris Beuller's Day Off (never had ONE lesson!), Fast Times At Ridgemont High, etc. I also enjoyed Can't Hardly Wait to it's fullest extent (92%, Yo!)...Empire Records...(I don't feel the need to explain my art to you, WARREN!) Mmm... some other goodies are Tommy Boy (fat guy in a little coat!!), How To Lose a Guy in 10 Days...Sleepless In Seattle, When Harry Met Sally (love those weepy girlie movies)... Oldies but goodies... The Big Sleep, (go Humphrey Bogart!), Casablanca (x2!)...anything that'll scare the crap out of me...Texas Chainsaw Massacre (the new one...the old one's kinda weak in my opinion), The Ring...28 Days Later (alghough i tend to boycott most zombie flicks)... on a more serious note...Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, Mulholland Drive, Quills, Memento...Amelie & Run Lola Run (go subtitles!)...anything with Nicolas Cage or Johnny Depp (don't we all love the 21 Jumpstreet days?!) yeah... i think everyone's officially sick of my convoluted list... but basically to keep it short & sweet (after i've rambled for days...) i like just about everything!
...i adore the simpsons, futurama, family guy...law and order (all four of them!), SEX IN THE CITY (i was literally almost brought to tears when it ended), nip/tuck, anything about plastic surgery and/or forensic science...(apparantely i have some morbid fascination...no, not really...i swear...) real world, road rules, the challenge... gotta love MTV, ish like that.... as i'm sure you can tell by now i'm a pretty random girl with pretty random tastes...
...i love to read, just about anything, anytime...anywhere. However, my favorite books tend to be crime dramas, murder mystery types, etc. John Sanford, Patricia Cornwell, Michael Connelly, Dean Koontz (althought he gets a little wacky sometimes....), Stephen King...AND i will admit to being on the harry potter bandwagon since the beginning! read numero seis in a single afternoon...what a way to spend your day off - to me, that's heaven... just recently finished silent prey by John Sanford - always love Davenport - FINALLY got around to picking up Diary by Chuck Pahlanhiuk yesterday... already 17/19's finished... damn being an avid reader!...as i told Chris - i believe i might go broke due to my reading addiction, but oh, what an addiction to have! Diary's pretty f'd...but what can i say?! i can't help but continue to read Chuck, especially after Invisible Monsters... anyways, i'm officially rambling again - basically... i like to read...correction...LOVE to read...will read almost ANYTHING laid in my hands... and now i'm officially OUT OF BOOKS TO READ!!! anyone have any suggestions?! ;) hmm.. i think i've decided to re-read the shining... woot! that stephen king is such a crazy bastard... let's see if i can get through it without having to stick it in the freezer! :)
