Braver By The 2nd is a band that has been derived from the ashes of many mistakes and a lot of missed opportunities. The losing of members, friends, brothers, and seemingly always being plauged by Plan-B. However, in the fall of 2007, after a host of member changes, Josh and Jon called on their friends Wes Duren(Ex-Forshadow) and Matt Marks(Ex-The Spring) to permanently join forces and do their best to create music that is as much felt, as it is heard. To try and spread a positive message through their own short comings and accomplishments alike. "Things will never be the same"

Influences: God, Life, our friends Greg and Whit (we miss you). We have been infuenced by several bands through out the years. A handful of local bands have inspired us as well. We all like a lot of different stuff and hopefully it shows in our music.
