Juans Latin roots extend to a feverish love of Tacos, broken Spanish and several ill-advised road trips to Mexico. His dedication to playing rock n roll in its truest form is real and he plays with an energy and commitment second to none. Juan started humbly, playing the rooftop deck of a local sandwich shop and has evolved to commanding the stages of The Red Eye Fly, Shulzs Beer Garden, The Velvet Spade and Antone's, the home of the blues.
Juan was also proudly a semi-finalist in the A Shot at Cabo Wabo battle of the bands.
In March 2005, Juan released his independently produced, self-titled debut Juan Hitter - recorded, mixed & mastered on the East side of A-town, USA at Music Lane Studios with the great Andy Sharp of local rock great Kissinger behind the board.
Juan Hitter is comprised of two Yankees and two good ol boys a combination that produces some unique rock n roll flavor.
So, short & sweet thats Juan Hitter. A simple idea with a vision to rock as it was meant to be done. Juan is readyare you?
