"WE ARE IN FIRST PLACE KEEP THE VOTES COMMING IN!! Obstrep is an up and coming heavy metal band in Central Florida. We have been together since May of 2004. After quiet a few line up changes we have now have adventually went back to the very original memebers of the band, Grind, Koal, Rags, and Stilzkin. The only acception is that Rags is now on guitar instead of vacals as it once was.Man are we stoked to have such a good dedicated group right now. The members are catching up on the music. We should be ready to play some shows soon as soon as Stilzkin catches back up to speed. First we are finishing up their album in the studio. All of the fans who have been waiting so patienty we want to appolagize for the wait of the comming cd. Obsticals appear in our way at the most untimley time and yet we keep rolling over them as if they were a tiny speed bump. We will continue to play our music and spread the seed of metal to all who will have a listen.Obstrep has a new sound compared to thier old and what is posted here on myspace.They are sure you will enjoy the new sound. Its still very hardcore metal with some industrial influences but more break downs and melody. Thanks to all our fans who have been waiting we love you guys!!!!
