About Me

Well, I moved down to the tip of Texas near South Padre Island in April '04 from Lubbock, TX, to help run the family businesses. We do real estate development, primarily sub-divisions, I'm the builder and as much of an Investor as I can be at this point in my life. I don't plan on spending any more time than I have to here in "Northern Mexico" as some have called it. I'm in the process of setting up autonomous companies, I bought my first apartment complex in Nov. '04, which I'm now trying to convert to commercial office center or outright sell and have a few other projects that I'm working on. I want to "do nothing" (retire) just like is said in the movie Office Space. I'll see what it’s like to do nothing for a while, since I've always had something to do. Some things you should know abut me: - I hate drama, people who cause it or are surrounded by it are emotionally unstable, and I avoid it and the people it surrounds like the plague. - I graduated high school in 2 years. - Some people thought I was crazy because I received a partial scholarship going pre-med and I gave it up. - I think formal education is way overrated; it produces a lot of people unable to think outside the herd. - My friends say the thing that like most about me is that I'm the most blunt honest person they know. - My friends say the thing that they hate most about me is that I'm the most blunt honest person they know. - I love what Ralph Waldo Emerson said "A true friend stabs you in the front." - Some people think I have the most unusual views and ideas and think I'm wild and a little crazy. - Some people say I'm the most clear headed, focused person they know. - You can also check out my other page at xpeeps . com/timspage
