Confused Clarity

Max Hernandez (aka Max Bundles) and Carl Grosser (aka Drift, G.A.T.E.) make up Confused Clarity. They have an entertaining stage performance that brings a style of underground conscious hip hop with a hint of old school. With the release of their first EP and a busy schedule ahead of them, they couldn't be happier.Two long time friends, Carl and Max first came together as both of these emcees previous crews fell apart. They had always freestyled together and had similar styles and lyrical content. Once these two emcees put their heads together they came up fast together in the scene. Within their first year they had completed multiple songs, started the rap crew Pirate Radio, and even setup a tour of the west coast from Reno, NV to Seattle, WA. Now just a little over their second year they are showing no signs of slowing down either. With their second tour right around the bend (March - April 2008), their EP just completed, and official artwork done as well, things are looking well for these two."We're excited about the way things are going. Our first tour was a lot of fun but this tour feels a lot more real to us this time. We've got multiple dates in Southern California, up north all the way back to Seattle again. On top of that we just got our EP wrapped up the other day. We're definitely not rookies anymore!"And rookies they're not! Confused Clarity is now part of a total of 3 crews. One Nation, Dysfunktional Family, and of course Pirate Radio. "We like to collaborate with talented emcees, and every one in all our crews have just that; talent." said Carl. Max added, ".. we feel privileged to have so many talented artist in the game working with us now because people not wanting to work together has been a problem in Sac for years." CC continually shares the stage with other Sacramento favorites and work with producers all around the globe.With all of the momentum built up behind CC it's safe to say they've only got bigger things in store. Upon returning from tour in late April or early May, they will be completing their first full length album and have a record release party planned with special guests that are sure to please any hip hop fan.
