About Me

Pay no attention to what the tabloids say, I'm actually quite level headed and sensitive when it comes down to it. I recently compared myself to an artichoke while talking to a friend: I'm hard and sharp on the outside, but multi-layered with a tender and delicious heart on the inside. The deeper you get the more edible I become. The reality of this statement is divided into two equal parts. One part truth, and one part me being so pleased with it that I'm willing it to be true.

My Interests

I'm shallow and unsavory for about five minutes a day, so if it's temporary or depraved (respectively) I'm all over it.

Otherwise, I'm most interested in whatever is going on around me. I have a mechanism for appreciating pretty much any situation or group of people I'm embedded in on one level or another. Add creative augmentation to that and I'm all set.

I'm a music lover in a serial way. I'm stimulated by architecturally engaging environments and drool over contemporary art. If you can talk about Bill Viola, Cory Archangel, Dan Flavin, or Jeff Koons then you can expect me to embrace your company for a while. To keep my (seemingly) pretentious interests balanced, I have a tendency to lose myself in World of Warcraft for an hour or two on a semi-daily basis. My main character's name is "Gaultier," go figure.
