Roy Smith A*k*A Navi-Gator was born in Frankfurt, Germany. He discovered his love for music at a young age. By the age of 19 he successfully landed his role in the Hip-Hop industry. Becoming one of the most outspoken, and diverse Hip-Hop artist around. Navi_gator's musical influences. Nas, Common, The Ghetto Boys, Jay-Z, Tupac, and The Notorious B.I.G. The name Navi-gator, comes from his ability to ride a track, and "navigate" his lyrics to appeal to the sound, and melody of a beat. Navi-gator's sound can be heard on many underground albums. Such as Volume 5 of ATV's Block Bleedas series, Major Indictment's Money and Fame compilation, and Mo' Hard Records Volume 1 compilation. Navi-Gator is also in the process of establishing himself as a well known producer. Against all odds Navi-Gator has risen to all occasions, and proven himself as an up and coming Hip-Hop artist/producer.
