About Me

The CricketSoda Myspace Editor! !

Hey there!!! Nice to have you visit. First of all let me tell you that I am an easy going guy with an extensive background of very interesting stories involving some of the wildest and craziest people ever to walk the planet. *Note: There are "links" throughout my descriptions - you are invited to explore :)

A little about my background - I am from a great family of Nagle - Nuts .

I am originally from Elmira but now own a farm in Beaver Dams, NY. I am far from being a farmer but plan on growing an orchard someday. I work in Ithaca, NY at the local Hospital.

One little hobby I have is that I collect VWs. I have over 100 Toys and have owned and/or restored over 60 VWs. You see It's not just a car, It's a Cult!!
Read on and thanks for visiting my page!

My Interests

Oh boy - Well let's see, of the ones I can mention... music - mostly PUNK especially THIS FLAVOR . I pretty much grew up fronting for bands since the ripe old age of 13 yrs. Every fiber of my being wanted to succeed in music which in a small way - I suppose - that did happen in a local sense.

My other passions are hiking and exploring the incredible gorges of our beautiful FINGER LAKES REGION . Of course, as I've stated, I love restoring VWs . I really enjoy riding through the woods on dirt-bikes and spending my time with friends and family.

I am passionate about living a spirtitual life since I have RECOVERED from some major addictions including Alcholism, Drugs, even Tobacco (You know... the usual bad habits I picked up fronting for bands). I live to help people who are stuck on that God-Forsaken merry-go-round, who realize the insanity and the "internal spiritual malady" that is the seed of all addictions.

Music:

I love all types of music especially "The Rolling Stones" . My first concert was "YES" at the Broome County Arena. My good Friend "Detroit" Mike and I attended Woodstock '94 - that was amizing and very much like the first Woodstock including the 300,000 people, the Love, the Rock and Roll, and the Mud! My favorite concert was the Lollipollooza Festival '91, where my friend Brad (the Birdman), my wife at the time Denise, and myself were invited by Eddie Vedder himself to watch them from backstage - I Shit you not!!
Here's a great band - Unwritten Law - thanks Ian

Movies:

I dunno - I'm not a big movie fan. I really don't have the patience to sit down that long. I guess, if I had to pick, I would say I enjoy movies like Batman, Superman, Spiderman also Dances with Wolves, Titanic (yes, I know they are "chick flicks" but I'm sentimental that way. I think we see enough violence in the real world that it sickens me to the point that I have no interest in "Bang Bang shoot 'em up" movies.

OK, This is my favorite movie - it's my awesome skater son Ian - I'm friggin' floored !
