Krape’s story is different then most rappers out there. He wasn’t raised in the hood, he didn’t sell drugs, and he certaintly didn’t get shot 9 times. Now lets not get it twisted, he also isn’t wearing jeans tighter then your little sister with an American Eagle t-shirt. This up-and-coming artist was raised in an upper class suburb in New York. But, the way he walked, talked, and dressed might have told you otherwise. Being raised in a town filled wit arrogant, spoiled, and judgemental people Krape was constantly looked down upon. His peers certinaly didn’t approve of his baggy jeans, long t-shirts, big diamond earings (well atleast cubic zirconium earings), and worst of all his desire to be a rapper. I know what your all thinking, a rapper from a rich town, that’s like peanut butter with baloney, it’s like Krape paying attension in school, it just doesn’t make sense. Call him an oxymoron, call him the white Fresh Prince, but whatever you call him recognize that he hasn’t been taking this rap thing lightly.
He starting rapping in the 8th grade at the age of fourteen to get his feelings off of his chest, and to hopefully feel like a somebody. His parents were never home, and he was forced to grow up quick in a house with his four other siblings. A dysfunctional family might be an understatement but either way things were not easy at home. Krape & his brothers and sisters constantly witnessed crucial fights between there parents. Police were at the house so often that kids since the elementary school would come up to Krape asking if his parents were friends with them.
Like a button in the hole of jeans on a guy who just gained 10 lbs Krape didn’t fit in. His rough times at school, as well as his tough upbringing led him to write rymes that targeted anybody who gave him a hard time. He began recording CDs and selling them to kids at school for $3 a pop. His hustling skills had now emerged. You could guess that now he was not only known as the rapper, but he was also known as the kid that parents didn’t want there kids around.
Krape continued to rap despite all of the contrevery he caused. He continued to record and sell CDs despite peoples laughter, harsh remarks, hate, and discouragement. Shortly before his 18th birthday Krape began hustling his CDs in the streets. Anywhere people were, Krape was at. He eventually quit one of the many jobs he had and began hustling CDs full time, while dodging the police. If the police didn’t kick him out, you could believe he was on that corner trying to sell you a CD.
Krape is focused more then ever, and he is determined to make it. His style is a bit sarcastic, and a bit I don’t give a you know what. His rymes are interesting, and witty, and he is always telling you a story. Listen up for Krape’s upcoming album, and future releases.Contact Info -
