Tarantino is brilliant, any of his films are great. Not a huge movie guru, but here are a few of my favorites: Boondock Saints (Makes me proud to be Irish), Sin City, Traffic, Blow, Crash, Requiem for a Dream, Confidence, etc... Any of Tim Burton's films are great too.
Television:
The Dave Chappelle Show, The Colbert Report, Late Night w/ John Stewart, South Park, Family Guy, Pinks, NHRA Drag Racing, Formula 1 Racing, Moto GP, and Breaking Bonaduce, b/c just like he says, how can you not stop to watch a train wreck?
Books:
I don't read much, but when I do its usually a Tom Clancy... Understanding Marijuana, A Look at the Recent Scientific Evidence is my book of choice at the moment though.
