About Me

Destiny is not a matter of chance; it is a matter of choice. It is not a thing to be waited for; it is a thing to be acheived.

I'm the shot clock way above the game.
To be point blank with you motherf*ck the game.
I've got all this work on me, I ain't come for play." ---Mos Def
5'10", 175lbs., 12.4% body fat (in other words, I'm quite diesel). Short, black hair that I try to keep sharp-- EXTREMELY sharp--like airbrushed sharp. Light, well-groomed facial hair, but I've got this military/slavery thing going on. So, depending on when & where you catch me I may be w/ or w/o the goatee. Deep, dark brown eyes to fall into. 1/2 Puerto Roc and the other half is part Panamanian/part Hawaiian. Pero, por todos mi Boriquen, Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Oye, oye--
WEEEPAAA! Both intelligent & well educated: a recent alumnus from Rutgers University with a BS in both Biomedical Engineering & Biomathematics (double major, with a concentration in tissue & molecular bioengineering) and have an AAS in Aerospace Weapons Armament Systems. From Newark, but was re-activated by the United States Air Force a minute ago. So, I'm back in Atlantic City for the time being.
I'm a Machiavellian (the Prince, not Tupac) to a very fine point. A bit bipolar, an itty bit obsessive-compulsive (in a good way), but a highly focused and progressive gentleman nonetheless. When it comes to handling my business, I do throw down. Have quite a fetish for fly/exotic cuff links, fine cognacs, and official cigars among many other things. Newly very, Very, VERY single & fabulous. Sucks growing apart from a woman who's not only your lady but your best friend as well. Uncle & Godfather to many, so that's enough birth control for me. Young, gifted, and Latin. Own car, own home, and now no attachments...you may call me one of Jersey's most eligible bachelors.

Music:

I am a firm believer that music is one's soundtrack to life. That being said: Amerie...damn, Damn, DAMN...since before the first album! Joey-I-EZ, big ups to Joe Buddens, good peoples. I'm more-less a soulful type of fella (ie: Nas, Jaheim [good looking out for Jersey], Vivian Green ;+), 50 BEFORE the hype, The LEGENDARY Roots Crew, Kweli, Mos Def, BIG of course, Jay, Common, MAXWELL, Lauryn Hill & the Fugees, Anthony Hamilton, John Legend, Floetry, Heather Hedley, Kindred, D'angelo, Musiq, Kem, Jill Scott, Raphael Saadiq, LYFE, Donnell Jones, Ne-Yo, Ghostface, Scarface, Mobb Deep, CNN, etc.) yet VERY diverse. HEAVY on the Reggaeton, anything with PUN, something about Evanescence & Nickelback & 3 Doors Down that sticks to my ribs, Linkin Park, I do my grown-man thing on occassion (Sinatra & Tony Bennet hold me down when I'm feeling some type of way), not really into the Down South thing unless it's TI or Wayne, and under no circumstances do you mess with my slow jams! Oh yes, and Nivea is scrumptious. :)~

Television:

I'm not really in to television; the media exhausts so many resources trying to distract the public that it has become a rarity to find anything worth watching. Aside from The Discovery/Learning/Science/History/Discovery Times/Military Channel, sometimes I find myself watching those early morning CNN & MSNBC business shows, 20/20, Dateline, etc. BUT...I DO get down w/ The Wire (realest ish on tv), The Sopranos of course, Entourage is my sh*t, Def Poetry, Grey's Anatomy, a little bit of Mrs. Longoria-Klotzbuecher-Cruz on Desperate Houswives, and The Simpsons.

Books:

The Holy Bible, the Holy Qua'ran, The Art of War, Prince Machiavelli, Confucious' The Analects, The Catcher in the Rye, Invisible Man, The Souls of Black Folks, McKay's militant tone, The New Negro Anthology, The Wealth of Nations, Plato's Veritas, anything by Toni Morrison, modern American poetry, The Kama Sutra...I'm in BME...not much time to read for leisure. Trying to get to The 5 People You Meet in Heaven when time permits. And I'd definately like to see what's up with this DaVinci Code thingy.

Heroes:
