Corey Jasper started djing clubs at the young age of 14, and from that point on has played in virtually every big room in NYC, as well as other spots across the country. Some of the clubs Corey did main floor sets at include The Tunnel, The Palladium, The Limelight, Carbon, Expo, Exit, Systems, The China Club, The Roxy, Webster Hall, and Spirit, and in these places he has played with some of the most well known Djs from all over the world. Later in his career Corey decided to get into the field of audio production and sound processing, and with help from some world reknown producers learned how to engineer his own work. During this time Corey has had some major dancefloor hits, including a remix with Dj Renegade in 1998 of Reinas Find Another Woman (featured on the compilation Summer Madness 99), The Drum Influence with Robert Junior, and remixes of songs by a variety of artists such as Kelis, Whitney Houston, Deborah Cox, Elton John, Lisa Stansfield, Lisa Pure and countless more. Fast forwarding to today , Corey has just ended his stint being the resident Saturday night Dj at Legacy Nightclub for close to 2 years . Legacy was the biggest and most well known venue in Brooklyn,packed and holding 1000+ people every Saturday night while Corey was at the helm . Legacy also featured the most popular and chart topping dance acts every week. Corey has since decided to delve into different aspects of production, now signing on with (longtime friends who are the world famous production team) The Crooklyn Clan,as one of a select few hand picked by Dj Riz and Dj Sizzahandz to be a featured production artist on www.CrooklynClan.net as well as doing many original house tracks with various singers Corey is trying to develop and push through his signature pulsatingly thick, sexy, and percussive bassline driven house sound. He is also doing many spots djing mashup style hip hop/rock/pop/80s sets.
