Reading....I know it sounds kindof dorky or like a set answer but honestly I am happiest when I am with a great book chilling out. Food is good too. I love food. I could go on for days about food, especially now because I am hungry. I'll just stop with the thought that if you don't enjoy eating you're wrong. The only thing that could probably stop me from eating is dancing. I think i have been dancing since I exited the womb. When I am just standing still I don't just stand still, it's impossible. I think people make fun of me but I don't care. Like Gene Kelly says in Singin in the Rain "GOTTA DANCE!"
People that make me laugh... maybe a famous person.... or not. I'd love to shake hands with the person who invented Ibuprofen, they have made my life better... One day though seriously i would love to sit and have a heart to heart with girls like Paris Hilton and Lindsey Lohan... do they really understand the kind of image they are showing society at large?
Comtempory Christian all the way. I'm way into bands like Relient K (mmmhmmm!!), Hawk Nelson, The Swift, FM Static, bands that make Christianity sound as fun and exciting as it is. I love acappella music when I'm stressed. And everyone needs a good rap song to get pumped up. I love Lacrae. They are a Christian rap group that can actually rap.... very rare. I am also a fan of big band music.. i guess that is the band dork in me. Another form of music that touches my soul (which is what music is suppose to do) is bluegrass. Something about it reaches down to my Appalachain roots.
Disney's Cinderella. End of story.... But if a group of comrades decide to watch a film together Princess Bride, Napoleon Dynomite, or Sandlot have to be my picks
Not a big remote control junkie. Never seem to have the time. Plus there is not that much on that is actually edifying.
Like I said before I love reading so basically any book that is well written gets my vote. I tend to steer away from science-fiction or war books, the subject matters just don't appeal to me. I love to dive in to the classics, Jane Austin being a favorite. I just recently started to read non-fiction biographys and such without them being required school reading. and alot of time i find them more interesting then a lot of fiction, life being the greatest story to be told. My favorite two books of all times are Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery and The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis.......
I daily find people who deserve to be heroes. I refuse to name a celebrity or someone that doesn't have an impact on my life. From my parents to my teachers and coaches from the lady at the check-out counter to my postman each one shows qualities that i want to emulate. Ultimately though my biggest hero has to be Jesus. The one to whom i owe everything.
