Laughing and making others laugh, listening, learning, writing, my family, honest communication, exploring Buddhism, playing air instruments and records, crimping (Boosh, not hair), airports and road trips, libraries, making movies and mix tapes, time management and organizing, night stars, animals (esp. dogs and squirrels), garage sales, photography, graphology, live music and comedy, 4th of July, street fairs, gerbera daisies, playing bank and post office, missing the 'Doons and 80s night, baseball, snow, glockenspiel and lap steel, Copeland's cymbals and hand shakers, dancing, Chipotle, demolition derbies, camping, Ultimate Frisbee, telling stories, walking across bridges and reading on piers, waving to strangers, trying to polka, peanut butter and yiddish. And I thoroughly enjoy making my bed and doing dishes by hand.
Honest, good-hearted people. Free-spirits. Don't care what people think of you. Act silly in public. Don't stand still or stop thinking for long. Treat others as you want to be treated. Know when to turn the tv off. Look into eyes, not past them. Understand the incredible value of a hug and the power of a smile. Don't be afraid of yourself and don't imitate others. Pour your soul into all that you do and do everything that you can in the time you have. And you'd better always find time to dance while you're at it...there's no good excuse not to.
That being said, I would NOT like to meet George Bush. I wouldn't even dignify him with a handshake. The end is finally in sight.
Come and play with us - every weekend, every season!

I love to dance
I love to sing
... but I do not claim to do either very well.
Currently learning to play the Glockenspiel. My favorite air instrument? Violin to ELO!

The Mighty Boosh
Mystery Science Theater 3000, Monty Python's Flying Circus, The Kids in the Hall and Seinfeld.
And I used to watch The Office (USA) but it became too much of a commitment so I gave up. I still think about all of the laughs and fun times we had together, but realized we're better off apart.
All of the Charlie books, especially keen on Charlie Solves the Riddle of His Own Existence.
My attention span was trained by Sesame Street and the average 3.5 minute pop/rock song at a very early age, making reading a commitment generally beyond my grasp. I prefer to write the stories, rather than read them. And then there's the guilt - ever-present - that I should be doing something more important.
But of the books that I have managed to read my favorites are:
On the Road
by Kerouac
Loving-Kindness: the Revolutionary Art of Happiness by Sharon Salzberg
Loser Goes First by Dan Kennedy
Least Favorite:
Madame Bovary by Gustav Flaubert - Having to write a 20 page research paper is enough to turn you against anything.

Religion Personally defined philosophy.
