About Me

I'm 35 years old and I love meeting new people. I'm a huge horror fan and I love attending as many conventions as I can afford. :) I also love to watch movies. I started watching horror movies when I was very young and still love to curl up and watch a great 80's slasher. I also like to travel for the largest roller coasters that I can find. My two favorites at this time are Top Thrill Dragster in Ohio and X in California. Most recently, I love to travel and visit movie locations. In the last year I've gotten to see the original Halloween locations and The Devil's Rejects. In the past I've gotten to see the Friday locations from parts 1-4. And some of 8. ;) Got a few more to hit up though. I love to take pictures and scrapbook. I also like to draw and design things, clothes mostly. I can't sew so most of those will remain on paper. I love animals, especially cats. I have one cat, my little princess, Cinder. She loves curling up after a long day too. I love to dance, especially line dancing. I was an instructor for 11 years and still do it occasionally. I love to shop, both online and in person. Most of all I like to laugh and have fun with my family and special friends. My motto is Life is too short so never pass anything up.

My Interests

Horror movies, going to horror cons, seeking the biggest rollercoasters, dancing and scrapbooking.

I'd like to meet:

Anyone I haven't met from the Friday the 13th movies. Mostly, Dana Kimmell, Kimberly Beck and Lawrence Monoson. I would also love to meet John Philbin. He's in The New Kids, one of my fave movies. I'm updating this because I met Dana and Kimberly at MM6 two weeks ago! What are the chances of meeting two of my all times in the same day?? :)

Music:

I love almost all music. Some of my faves are 80's, movie soundtracks and country. I like anything you can dance to.

Movies:

Friday the 13th parts 1-6 are my faves. I also love My Bloody Valentine, He Knows You're Alone, The Mutilator, The New Kids, Sleepaway Camp, The Initiation and Terror Train. Non horror I like are: Dumb and Dumber, Grease, Grease 2, Xanadu, Center Stage, Girls Just Want to Have Fun, The Green Mile, Wildcats, Youngblood and The Outsiders.

Television:

Currently I love Survivor, CSI, Fear Factor and I am a newly recruited O.C. watcher. The OC has hooked me more than any other show in many years. My old faves are Charlie's Angels and Three's Company. I also love game shows,25,000 Pyramid, Price is Right and Family Feud are some of my faves.

Books:

My favorite book of all time is Remember Me by Christopher Pike. I have passed it on to many others, who all fall in love with it as I did. I also love The Headsman, The Initiation and Jill, all of which are horror novels. Movie adaptations are faves of mine too. The Funhouse, Halloween 1, Halloween 2 and all of the Friday the 13th novels are great reads, and offer up many inside thoughts from our favorite killers.
