I first started playing music at the age of 7. I participated at the local philarmonic band , in a village near Sparta. At the age of 13 I started my professional career as a musician, playing folk greek music. At the same time, me and my soulmate friends George (Imwizzard) and Panagiotis formed a band named "Alos",a true Heavy Metal band. After many live gigs and some recordings, I moved to Athens and since 2001 until now I play drums at a tech-thrash band called VERDICT DENIED. At the same time I was studying music, practising at percussion, bass, piano, guitar. I played also in some other bands such as Burning Wheels, a gothic band (hell, I can't remember the name), a sleaze cover band, and a funky band called Funky Monkies (good luck guys), two live shows performing the famous rock opera "Jesus Christ Superstar". Now I compose and record new stuff completely mine. Some of which I have uploaded on this page. I hope you enjoy the seeds of my inspiration. Auf Wiedersehen! MENTALLY YOURS JIM ROUVELL
