Numerous shots and interviews from magazines such as Snowboarder,Transworld,to Blunt, appearances in music videos, commercials such as Campbells Soup, Chevy, and Mag Lite, numerous stunts and appearances in box office movies. Chris Bartimioli has been professionally snow boarding since the age of 16. His wins are too numerous to count. Traveling throughout the entire United States and Europe his legacy continues. Chris' signature move is his "Back Flip on the Rail" which as of present, no one else has ever conquered in competition. On April 27th 2006, Chris and a good friend skydived over Lake Tahoe performing stunts for the movie "Base Life". His friend had a malfunction with his parachute. Knowing his friend was in extreme danger, Chris flew under canopy for 1 1/2 miles to help his best friend. Both landed in the lake, His friend was rescued in five minutes, Chris was 28 minutes in freezing Lake Tahoe. Chris was found dead, clinging to a buoy and pronounced dead on shore. EMS revived him after 8 minutes. Chris has spent the past year recovering from his accident and is BACK! His next competition is the US Open in Stratton,Vermont and will be the beginning of this new rebirth. While recovering the past year Chris has been working on his biography "Beyond Broken" and lecturing to youth in several major US cities.
